Eating is just plain controversial. You put 100 people in a room and each person will have different advice, different information and a different viewpoint.

Sometimes people are in touch with what their bodies need, while others are sadly misinformed by the media and eat crap that's killing them.

If you've been following me, you know that my philosophy on food is that it's the highest form of medicine. It's a sacred act of healing and self-love. It's meant to makes us come more fully alive so that we can better share our gifts to the world.
