I Am Beautiful: A 1-day menu with food that enhances beauty
The connection between food and beauty is incredibly powerful - just by changing the foods you eat, you can drastically change the way you look and feel.
When we learn to eat properly, we begin to rebuild our bodies and grow in health, creativity, wisdom and compassion.
There are specific foods that can help you:
- Get a youthful, radiant glow
- Banish acne and wrinkles

They're foods that contain ample minerals and enzymes, natural cleansing powers, are cooked lightly (or not at all!) and are eaten in such combinations that they can move through the digestive tract with ease.

If you're someone who eats the Standard American Diet with an emphasis on meat, dairy and processed foods then in order to see the beautiful effects of eating a plant-based diet, you might want to consider doing a detox to clean out the old sludge and toxins from your body first.
