How to Make the Perfect Green Smoothie
Have you heard of green smoothies yet?
If you're someone who wants to inject a bit of health into their day - my best advice is to have a green smoothie for breakfast.
They're 16 ounces of of the best veggies, fruits, seeds, superfoods and oils packed into one glass of miraculous goodness.
It's the most healing and energizing drink you'll find.
The key to remember is to mix 3 parts veggies with 1 part fruit (everything else is just extra). The veggies are what count the most (in terms of nutrients, vitamins and minerals) and the fruit is added to make it taste better.
If you're new to the green smoothie revolution, don't worry. Just follow these simple steps and you'll be on your way to becoming a clean, lean, green machine!
Kale, spinach, swiss chard and romaine lettuce are all excellent choices.
Broccoli, cucumber, avocado and sweet pea sprouts, lentil sprouts, mint leaves, turnip greens and dandelion greens are divine choices.

Green apples, pears and bananas are fabulous.

Filtered water, coconut water, almond milk or hemp milk are the best.

Soaked almonds are great.

Spirulina, maca powder, chlorella, goji berries, chia seeds, flax seeds and E3Live will have you're mind + body rockin' for hours!

Flax seed oil or extra virgin coconut oil will do the trick.

Stevia, medjool dates or raw honey are ideal for the job.

Blend until smoothed into your desired thickness. Add more liquid if you need to.
