Ingredients

3ozkale juice
1 ginger (about 1/2 to 1 inch in the juicer is good)
1tbsplemon juice
1 cucumber
1 celery stalks
1 green apple (can substitute with a pear)

Instructions

Put all of the ingredients into your juicer and pour fresh juices into a goblet, adding a splash of lemon at the end if you like.
