Description
This tea boosts immunity because the combination of the lemon and ginger promotes circulation of the blood and lymph and helps remove toxic build-up. The ginger has warming qualities will help burn out harmful bacteria. An organic lemon is packed with over 200 enzymes that will help restore the liver, one of our biggest detoxifying organs. The cayenne pepper works to break up mucus in the body. Have a cup before breakfast in the morning or sip on it throughout the day if you feel a cold coming on.
Ingredients

| 1 | ds | cayenne (one or two shakes from the shaker will be good) |

Instructions
- Place the water and the chunks of ginger into a small saucepan. Heat the water until it's about to boil.
- Pour the water into your mug and strain out the ginger chunks.
- Finally, once the water is at a sipping temperature, squeeze the lemon juice into your mug and give it a good stir (we wait until the end to squeeze the lemon juice into the water so that the enzymes aren't destroyed by scalding hot water).
- Add a dash of cayenne.
- If you want a sweetener, add a tiny amount of stevia. Mix and drink!
